In listening to Member feedback, many of you have requested the opportunity to become more involved with the charitable works being undertaken by the Archdiocese in practical ways, such as giving of your time either through mentoring or volunteering or providing pro bono services.
In response to this feedback, we have created a Members’ Forum especially for Members to further explore the practical ways in which you may wish to become more involved.
The Members Forum:
- Aims to encourage greater interaction between Members, providing a forum for discussion and sharing of ideas beyond the Network events.
- Identifies a variety of initiatives carried out by Archdiocesan agencies and organisations that might be of interest that would involve Mentoring or volunteering.
- Shares interesting Notices and publications via a Notice Board.
This is just part of the work we continue to undertake to develop and strengthen the Network, please continue to share with us your ideas.
Further, should you wish to join in and participate in the public discussion, we invite you to consider Catholic Talk, a group of lay and religious people who seek to share the faith in the media and participate in public discourse with respect, humility, truth and clarity.
